Mark Hammond

Commercial Director

Mark is a founding partner of 2nd Level and has spent the last 20 years in the field of specialist packaging systems and solutions for the global logistics industry. As Sales Director in his former business he worked with multinational clients, coordinating and matching their product requirements regionally with the company product portfolio and supply chain capabilities. Within 2nd Level, Mark plays an active role within Sales and Key Accounts and focuses on our strategy for expanding the business globally.

Georgina Hammond

Office Manager

After 5 years of honing her skills in the dental field, Georgina transitioned to a pivotal role within 2nd Level. Here, she seamlessly, transitioned into office management, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations. Her background in dentistry equipped her with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Georgina also serves as a trusted right hand, acting as personal assistant to both directors.

Suzanne Hagley

Quality & Project Manager

With a career spanning three decades in the airline industry and a recent transition to the dynamic world of transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage, Suzanne Hagley has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that processes and services meet the highest standards of excellence. During her career she has been instrumental in building stakeholder relations, instilling robust processes and procedures, working in partnership with internal/external teams and leading multiple time-sensitive and challenging projects.

Will Tattam

Product Design and Validation

Will is a dynamic young professional specialising in Product Design and Validation. With a passion for innovation, Will’s journey into the world of product design began during his time at the SMU in Texas. This experience allows him to bring a blend of creativity and analytical rigor to his work. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for understanding user needs, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of functionality and usability.

Sage Jones

Operations Director

Adrian (Sage) Jones, has had a distinguished career as a licensed aircraft engineer and maintenance manager, operating in numerous countries worldwide. He brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic vision, technical innovation, and practical expertise to his role as Operations Director. He is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations at 2nd Level, including logistics activity, the R&D facility, assisting in the development new products and supply chains, as well as implementing strategic initiatives; all whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

Sean Austerberry

Head of Product Development

Sean brings a decade of unrivalled expertise in cold chain packaging, excelling as a designer, manager, and industry luminary. His career began with a creative spark, designing packaging solutions to safeguard temperature-sensitive goods. Over time, he evolved into a dynamic manager, leading teams to pioneer cutting-edge technologies and ensure the smooth logistics of critical shipments. Sean’s hallmark is his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends, allowing him to craft innovative, compliant, and sustainable packaging solutions.
